Our Mission
The studio was founded by Tomomi Maezawa in 2015. She grew up in Japan and have lived and worked in Italy, the UK and Germany for nine years. Currently, she is based in Munich, Germany.
From small start-ups to international companies, she’s been fortunate enough to encounter unique and exciting clients in Europe, Asia and North America.
These experiences made her realise that the idea of ‘good design’ isn’t universal, but deeply rooted in the values of each individual culture. A design is only successful when it represents the right meaning for the target audience.
She also believes that a multicultural society is a rich one, and design can help to support this. Now her mission is to spread the value of multiculturalism through design.
